Each individual person has a different outlook, opinion, and a view of perception of what creates a relaxing setting for themselves. Many people get lost in their day to day lives with work, children, school, family, and spending time with their significant other. There is a common area that people share to go to place stress on hold and relax, the park. People are able to achieve relaxation through sharing common interests in the park. Choosing to observe people in the park allows a larger group varying a difference for people who share the same value, and are able to achieve relaxation. While time is spent in the park, people are able to allow their minds to forget about their stress and daily lives. The feeling that creates a relaxing setting, helps the conscious mind associate the park as a source of relaxing. Along with the shaded trees that allow comfort and enjoying the views, people are walking around, sitting on park benches, laying on a picnic blanket, or running on the pl ayground with their children. At that, we allow our mental process to be relaxed and our mind to let go of stress and problems. In the park, there is a vast majority of things that people do.
